What Information Do We Collect And Why:
- While creating an account, we ask for your name, address, phone number, and email address. Your email address becomes your account username and we also ask that you create your own password for your account so that you get to play a part in protecting you information. This information is used to help process your order, to contact you when needed.
- When checking out, we also ask for your credit card information and expiration date. This is so that we can collect payment for your order and any applicable shipping charges. The amount that your credit card will be charged is shown when you check out. When you check out, your information is also entered into our Point of Sale computer system server which is where your invoice is actually processed. This is the same server that processes information when a purchase is made in-store.
- When signing up for C2B, we ask for your Woodsy's account number. This is the number that already exists for you in our Point of Sale system for your account. This helps us to ensure we are providing access to the correct account and to the right person.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Woodsy's never gives out or sells your prersonal information to any 3rd party without your prior authorization except in situations where we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Woodsy's Music, our users, or others.
Can I change my information?
Woodsy's provides customers with the ability to update and change their online account information at any time, but your information must be accurate to properly process any requests you may have.
